Welcome to Monte da Serralheira, a working classical Portuguese
farm, situated 3 km from the historical town of Evora.
Thirty years ago, George and Lucia van der Feltz - van Eysinga
came to Portugal where they started an agricultural farm. On 130
hectare they produce grapes, wheat and olives with the most
modern harvesting machines.
The apartments form a good starting point for a walk or cycle
tour, bikes are available. Or go for a horse ride, enjoy a look
over the fields in a long chair at the swimming pool.
Since Lucia is an official guide, she can advise you on your
trips. Each apartment is equipped with a multi lingual file with
lots of information.
The former workman's houses were transformed into apartments for
two and four persons with the possibility of extra beds. They
all have a private entrance, bedroom(s) with private bathrooms,
sitting-room with kitchenette and a private terrace next to the
beautiful garden.
Heating and kitchen equipment is present. Linen, daily cleaning
as well as free wifi are included.
